The content of this page (“Terms and Condition") constitutes all the terms and conditions that govern the interaction and relationship between IamyourCFO and its clients (each a “Client”). Here the clients agree to avail professional-grade accounting and finance consulting services (or any other services mentioned on the website) from IamyourCFO. They will do so by entering into a Services Agreement with us. If you sign a Service Agreement or receive any service from IamyourCFO, you agree to be bound by these following Terms and Conditions.
- Relationship Between Iamyourcfo And A Client
IamyourCFO (and our representatives) will be acting as our Client’s independent contractor or advisor. In any circumstances, the services should not be considered a joint venture, fiduciary relationship or employment relationship between the parties.
- Client Information
2.1 Confidentiality
IamourCFO will only require access to the Client’s information in connection with the provision of providing the particular services. In general, we ask for access of data like, Client’s records, books and other information regarding the Client’s business. These shall be provided by Client or a designated representative (third party) of our Client. Other than as required by applicable law, court or written consent by Client, we will maintain complete confidentiality of all Client information.
2.2 Reliance
We rely on the information provided by Client, and when providing our services, we will not independently verify or audit it. The Client’s sole responsibility is to make sure that the information they relay to us is accurate and complete. Should there be, any error or change in data Client should promptly inform that us and avoid discrepancies in our service.
2.3 Return or Destruction of Data
Should the Service Agreement get terminated for any reason, we will return all the information and other properties belonging to the Client (if any) that are then in our possession. On the other hand, at the election of our Client, we can also destroy the data and property we hold at that time.
- Termination Of The Services
Either party can terminate the said agreement (Services Agreement):
3.1 With a proper reason, a prior notice at least 10 days before to the other party regarding their material breach of any type of representation, obligation covenant or warranty of the agreement or the Terms and Conditions.
3.2 For no reason or any reason that is not covered, a notice should be provided to the other party at least 30 days prior to the day of termination.
3.3 Immediately at the moment if there is any gross negligence, an act of fraud, Felonious conduct, wilful misconduct or recklessness, or in the instance when the other party files for bankruptcy or is insolvent.
Note that IamyourCFO can terminate the Service Agreement should we find any actions that Client partakes in can affect our market image or is against our policies.
- Suggestions, Comments, Feedbacks and Requests
IamyourCFO encourages Client to make suggestions, feedbacks, requests and comments. However, these should be made on our contact pages on this Site. By making such comments, Client acknowledges that those will not be considered proprietary or confidential. We are under no obligation to keep such data confidential. IamyourCFO will have a royalty-free, irrevocable, unrestricted right to use them as we please. We might publish, communicate, display, reproduce and distribute them in any manner we deem ideal.
